Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Cabal Detector handles information when you use the website and browser extension.

Plain-language summary

The extension uses data from the supported chart you intentionally open to identify a token and selected interval. It sends the token, network and interval parameters to Cabal Detector only to produce the requested on-chain report. We do not sell data, use it for advertising or use it for credit decisions.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Cabal Detector website, the Cabal Detector browser extension and analysis requests sent to cabaldetector.com. It does not govern DexScreener, Axiom, blockchain RPC providers or other third-party services, which publish their own privacy terms.

2. Information we handle

Supported website content and browsing context

On DexScreener and Axiom pages, the extension detects token or pair addresses from the chart URL and visible text outside forms. It does not read input values, hidden content or chart network responses. Saved chart URLs exclude query strings and fragments. It does not collect a history of unrelated websites.

User actions and settings

You enter Start, Split and End manually. The extension stores the selected network, token address, interval, time zone, interface language, chart URL and service address in browser local storage to restore your settings.

Analysis and account data

To run an analysis, the extension sends the token address, network, interval and time zone to the selected Cabal Detector service. This local test build connects only to localhost. The website processes your email, profile, session, analysis history and payment records. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Wallet approval stays in your wallet; we do not request seed phrases or private keys. Solana payment addresses, amounts and signatures are public blockchain data.

Operational data

Our infrastructure may process IP addresses, user-agent information, request timestamps and error details for security, abuse prevention and service reliability.

3. How information is used

  • Detect the selected token and interval on a supported chart.
  • Generate and display the requested wallet and cluster analysis.
  • Restore extension preferences and recent workflow state.
  • Maintain account-specific analysis history and access controls.
  • Protect, troubleshoot and improve the reliability of the service.

4. Storage and retention

Extension preferences remain until you clear its data or uninstall it. Its access token and pending request are held in protected browser session memory, cleared on browser restart or extension reload. The website uses an HttpOnly session cookie. The dashboard shows recent analyses; the service also retains reports and access/payment records needed to restore purchased access and prevent duplicate credits. Clearing browser data does not delete these server records.

5. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell user data. Information is shared only when required to provide the requested feature, operate infrastructure, obtain public blockchain or token data, prevent abuse, comply with law, or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Relevant service categories may include hosting providers, email delivery providers, DexScreener APIs and blockchain RPC/data providers such as Helius or Alchemy.

We do not use or transfer extension data for personalized advertising, unrelated profiling, lending or creditworthiness decisions.

6. Security

The local test build uses HTTP on this computer's loopback interface. External website access requires HTTPS. Access controls, request-origin checks and protected session storage reduce exposure, but no service can guarantee absolute security. The local computer and browser must be trusted.

7. Your choices

You can clear local extension data through Chrome or uninstall the extension. You may request access to or deletion of account information and stored analysis history by contacting us. We may need to retain limited records where required for security or law.

8. Children

Cabal Detector is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the product or data practices change. Material changes will be disclosed through the service or extension as required. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to cabal.detector@mail.ru.
